Referral Procedure:

In order to be eligible for the above referral scheme you must do one of the following:

Directly refer the prospective member by completing the online form
Ask the prospective member to complete the form
Provide contact details of the prospective new member to a staff member
Ensure that the prospective member states upon first enquire that they have been recommend by you

Please note prospective members who state your name as a referee after the initial enquiry will not be eligible for the referral scheme

*Prospective members who have been a previous member within the last 6 months are not eligible for the referral scheme

When Will The Credit Be Applied?

If you are a direct debit member and you have referred a:

New Direct Debit Member – you will see a reduction in your direct debit on the referred members second direct debit collection and thereafter until the member is either terminated or on freeze

New Pre-paid Member – you will see a reduction in your direct debit on the next possible direct debit collection taking into account when the pre-paid member joined (i.e. before or after the cut off date)

If you are a pre-paid member and you have referred a:

New Direct Debit Member – you will see a credit on your account on the referred members second direct debit collection and thereafter until the member is either terminated or on freeze

New Pre-paid Member – you will receive credit on your account immediately

What Happens If a Member Is On Freeze?

If the member that has been referred is put on freeze at any point, then the referring member will not receive the related benefit credit for the specific free period (Please note, as the benefit credit is paid one month in arrears the benefit reduction will not stop immediately)

What Happens If the New Member Terminates?

If the member that has been referred terminates their membership, then the related benefit credit for the referring member will cease (Please note, as the benefit credit is paid one month in arrears the benefit reduction will not stop immediately)

Can a Member Who Has Been Referred, Add The Same Member As a Referee?

No, unfortunately the referral does not work two ways, only the member referring will receive a financial benefit. However the new member can refer a new member and receive benefit.
