The Fairmont St Andrews Winter Series is a cumulative stableford competition running from 1st November 2023 – 29th February 2024. All participants must have a valid SGL competition handicap.

The competition is played over both Torrance & Kittocks courses, with your best 3 scores counting towards your overall total. Red tees shall be used for Ladies and yellow tees for gents. Preferred lies will be in operation. The courses will be on a 2 week rotation Monday to Friday with one being closed for 2 weeks and the other only in operation. Both courses will be opened on Saturdays and Sundays.

Please note there may be WINTER MATS in operation depending on course condition from 1st November 2023 to 29th February 2024. There will be full greens and tees in operation throughout this period.

Entry fee for this competition is £190 per person. This includes entry into the competition and 5 rounds of golf with complimentary range use prior to each round.

The top 20 players and ties qualify for a final’s day, which will take place on Sunday 31st March 2024 on Kittocks course. Tee times for Finals Day will be from 10:30 onwards. All scores will be reset for Finals Day and the winner will be decided by highest stableford score on the day. There will be prizes for those who finish in the top 5 on Finals Day.

All players must be able to play on finals day to be eligible for prizes. 

Once you enter the competition the following will happen: 

• You will receive log in details to our online booking site. This will allow you to book your tee times online when it is most convenient to you.
• Any playing partners that are not participating in the event will be charged the best rate available for that day.
• All scorecards must be submitted after completing each round via the pro shop. Should the pro shop be closed, please submit scorecards to the clubhouse bar.
• Regular leader board updates shall be sent out weekly.

If competitors wish to play more than 5 times they are able to book a round for £35 and this score can be submitted towards the competition.
